We need your help to raise money to support young cancer patients and their families in Scotland
Thanks to the fantastic fundraising and volunteering efforts of our amazing community, we’re able to offer everything from practical support, healthy snacks, and short breaks for families at our stunning Ripple Retreat on the shores of Loch Venachar.
We also fund four psychologists on the children’s oncology wards in Edinburgh and Glasgow, supporting the mental wellbeing of young cancer patients across Scotland.
2023 will be a tough year for us with our heating bills tripled at the Ripple Retreat and a general rise in the cost of living which means we need you more than ever. We’d love you to raise funds for us by organising your own event - perhaps a bake sale, craft fair, coffee morning, or signing up for a personal challenge - take part in the Kiltwalk, complete a 10k run, take on a cycle challenge, organise an afternoon tea with friends, or take on a bigger challenge like a marathon or even a trek!
As a community and a charity, we need your help us ensure that no family is left without assistance, and that together we can deliver practical support and a helping hand to support those affected by childhood cancer.
It’s only thanks to our fantastic supporters, that we’re able to continue to support young cancer patients and their families, and for that we are extremely grateful.
So, take a look at our Fundraising Leaflet and Fundraising Pack for all the information you need to get started. We have lots of top tips, handy hints, and events you can get involved in and fundraising ideas to help us deliver valuable support for young cancer patients today.
We look forward to welcoming you to the It’s good 2 give fundraising family!
